Follow Your Dreams

When we grow up we’re told to live our life the way that is it and try not to get into too much trouble, go to school and get an education, find a job, and maybe even have a family. It’s something we all hear from one time or another when we’re younger from our parents, relatives, teachers, and even our friends. Now let me ask you this, have you ever stopped to ask yourself if you really even want all of that? Maybe some of us do and maybe some of us don’t but maybe not all in that order. We wall want to be happy and do something that makes that fire burn inside our hearts and for that time when we have to be brave and make those butterflies fly in our stomach giving us that surreal feeling. We tend to forget that we can ask the world to give us these things and most of the time the reason is because we feel we are invisible. When we feel invisible, we are afraid to follow our dreams.
Following your dreams isn’t just telling people over and over again that you have the talent to do something. It isn’t falling asleep and repeating yourself in your head that you’re going to do something great and make a difference when you wake up. And it isn’t just about hard work and dedication. It’s about fine tuning your skills and talents and getting to those hard places where you may feel at your worst and being able to keep going no matter what. It’s about being nice, kind, and honest to the people you meet along the way to your dreams because the people you meet along the way will help guide you. Being smart and conveying your message across to others so they can hear all about who you are and what you it is about you that is so magical, is what following your dreams is all about. It’s the work you put in and out every day and every night.
My follow your dreams campaign is something I started a few years ago and I kept with it ever since. I want to be able to inspire people of all ages and no matter who you are, where you’re from, or how hard your life has been. Showing people how far I have come says a lot about who I used to be and who I am now. All it takes is that one little dream or idea that can change everything. You may feel invisible that your idea or dream may not be worth asking the world for but if you never try, you’ll never know. Miley Cyrus sharing her love and value with kids who are less fortune was not only kind but true. I’ve always helped kids and adults who live on the streets and who live a different life than others. Just because they live a different life does not mean they don’t have talents or dreams to be shares. During my campaign I’ve had two homeless people apart of it sharing with me and others their dreams and stories. Everyone is human and anyone can change the world. Doesn’t matter who you are.
