Queen of everything.

Whether you’re a stylist, a student in school, or the social life of a party – when you want something you always need to stick to it and not let things get in the way. Doing what you love and creating a name for yourself is so special and a great rewarding feeling; no matter what the industry is or the field you’re in. It could be trying to go to school for a doctor job while you’re also trying to be a good mother, or even being a fashion blogger while going to school at the same time. No matter what it is you will always have little or big things that will be in your way that will question your ability on how far you can go. Leandra Medina, Kelly Cutrone, and I have had a hard time working for what we want, not only working for what we want but getting started. We all had different things in the way. Going to school I’m always stuck late in class working on homework, up late studying, or even in the library late nights doing homework. All of this is a lot! I mean really! Working on a blog at the same time sometimes, actually all the time gives me a headache and I get the feeling in my stomach that I’m going to fail at my blog. But I keep pushing forward and work through my hard times. Kate Dimmock works for People StyleWatch Magazine and loves every minute of it. Being a fashion director is awesome; overseeing what everyone does (in the fashion department) is such an awesome feeling. But I’m sure it wasn’t easy starting. You might think that once you reach your goal or even your dream you have everything. I’m sure Kate “has everything” but not at the same time. There are so many things in your life that will cause you to go crazy and also cause you to stop and think. Having a great job as a fashion director for a magazine is great but having a great job in any industry or any dream job that you want is great and being able to carry yourself with everything in your life and keeping up with your dream job is rewarding. You will have to work hard for what you want, but when you get what you want you still have to work hard. When you have your dream job, life doesn’t seem so hard. Like Kate, the fashion director for People StyleWatch, a mother, and a New Yorker - Kate is always on her A game.
