Embracing fear is embracing growth and it makes you a better person.
Every day we wake up with
the same agenda, the same coffee or tea flavor, the same routine, the same look
on our face, and probably the same breakfast decision too. We always find
ourselves finding a hard time breaking out of our routine and into something
different. But why? Different isn’t bad, it’s a change. But most of us fear change
because we don’t want to fail at who we are. But change can always be good. You
need to fail in order to succeed at anything.
To understand the effects
of life and find out who we really are and what really turns us on, we need to go
through life’s struggles. It’s something we go through during our lives,
especially during our 20s. Sometimes it’s when we make friends, lose friends,
re-create ourselves, party all night with alcohol and drugs, being broke every
single day, hiding because we’re depressed, going out with friends when we have
no cash, and finding love. While we are trying to figure everything else out,
we end up figuring ourselves out.
To be ourselves in a world
that tries to change us or break us down to someone we’re not is hard. Everything
isn’t going to come easy for any of us and that’s just life. Nothing is easy,
but that doesn’t mean we should just totally stop being ourselves and do
something we want to do just because we find difficulties around us or may feel
embarrassed to what others may think. Who cares? So many people are afraid to
fight for something they want because of a certain outcome. Do you not have
much money, do you feel you have no talent at all, are you going to lose
friends, are you afraid of failing? The more you keep repeating these possible
mistakes in your head the more you live in fear and miss out on greater
outcomes for yourself.
You may find fear every day
with your goals and your life, but embracing fear is embracing growth and it
makes you a better person. Handling your own, connecting with yourself, making
a difference, and facing your true feelings and image is all about figuring
yourself out. For me, I like to think positive and make the most out of any situation,
but some people I know they like to be really negative. If you keep thinking with
negative thoughts throughout your day, I believe that you’re really going to
see some sad shit and become surrounded with negativity. Your thoughts are like
a seed and what you plant, what you think about grows all around you. So don’t
let something about your life, daily routine, or your breakfast keep you from
doing something good and changing for yourself. Everything we go through
changes us, but embracing it helps you grow as a person.
